PROBLEM:

On some systems (Windows NT?) any attempt to process -start jini-
browser fails.


Note: The jini-browser won't start on any systems

ANALYSIS:

The file ContainerManagerPolicy.xml found in the openwings/openwings-
0.8/policies directory contains an incorrect ComponentDescriptor for 
running the Jini-browser. 

The ContainerManagerPolicy.xml file is generated by the 
com.mot.openwings.container.manager.ContainerManagerPolicySaver.java. 
This file was known to be incorrect, and was fixed before the Beta 
release, but for some reason the fix was not checked in.
